OPM 1099-R Guidance:
The following guidance is direct from OPM regarding the issue some retirees are having obtaining their 2025 1099-R:
"As you know, we have moved to electronic delivery as our primary delivery method for 1099-R tax forms. The fastest and easiest way to view, download and print your 1099-R is by using our
1099-R webtool. You may also log in to your
Retirement Services Online account to retrieve your tax form. If you are having any challenges downloading your form or need additional assistance, please feel free to email us at
requests@opm.gov so that we can be of assistance."
